Over a decade of experience as a registered Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor I see the value in a mind/body approach to counseling.
Under the umbrella of dance/movement therapy I utilize a strength based approach to include mindfulness, creative arts therapies, play and parts work with children, teens and adults.
I have come to specialize in supporting those with a neurodivergent experience of the world and truly anyone who is looking to connect with their body and explore new ways of being with themselves.

Growing up in the South Sound I am truly thankful to now live in Tacoma on the land of the Coast Salish people. Returning to the City of Destiny in 2020 to open my private practice was an unexpected blessing. This community has welcomed me and my small business!
Outside of therapy sessions, you will find me walking the neighborhoods with my pup Ruby, joining a dance class, kayaking and enjoying our home!
