Complimentary 20 min phone call and see if we might be a good fit.

Here we can discuss:

  • What you are looking for in a therapeutic relationship for yourself or child.

  • Scheduling Find a weekly or bi-weekly slot that works well.

  • Go over the cost or therapy and ways to use insurance with out of network providers.

  • Begin to set up your client portal.

  • Plan for first session.

Payment

Individual therapy session is $165 for 55 min

All fees are due at time of session.

I accept health saving accounts or debit/credit card and provide “superbill” for reimbursement.

Insurance

Many insurance companies will cover a portion of your costs as an "out of network" benefit. 

I am happy to provide a monthly receipt often referred to as a "superbill," for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Please note, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to understand the co-pays, deductibles, reimbursement, and coverage. 

The contact number for your insurance company is typically on the back of your card. 

 

“A Good Faith Estimate” is available upon scheduling or upon request to provide an estimate of cost for therapy.
